Mr. Paterson has 10 years experience acting as a senior executive officer and director of a public company. In his previous roles, Mr. Paterson has been instrumental in developing and maintaining key stakeholder relations for the communication of corporate direction, objectives, goals and initiatives. In addition, Mr. Paterson has worked as a senior financial analyst for a private equity and mezzanine-financing firm. Mr. Paterson, having recently passed the C.M.A. National Exam, has achieved C.M.A. candidate status. In addition, Mr Paterson holds a B.A. (Economics) and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
